If you require guidance and support in any internal processes such as disciplinary/grievance matters or performance management meetings we can help you prepare in advance so that you are able to put your best case forward.
Unfortunately, external legal advisors are not yet entitled to attend internal hearings but we can help preparation of your case and give you guidance on what to expect.
We recognise that you want a solution to your problem but may not necessarily have the financial resources or stamina to take your matter to a Tribunal.
That is why at ADN LAW, we provide `solution based’ advice.
We discuss your options with you and help formulate a solution that will get you where you want to be. This may be by advising you on the nature of your employers concerns and suggesting options to put to your employers to work together to a resolution, suggesting various training/coaching to develop the skills you need to give your best at work, assisting you drafting a grievance to help you get your concerns across or discussing mediation with your employers to resolve issues and take the working relationship forward.
‘When the student is ready the teacher will appear’
Recognising that the absence of certain skills may be limiting your productivity and performance in the workplace is the first step to enhancing your career prospects.
Sometimes, you may not be able to put your finger on exactly what is lacking but feel that something has to change.
With our vast experience of working with businesses and in a wide range of sectors, we can work with you identify the further skills that you require and arrange relevant training that will see you deliver your better self and best performance at work. We offer a free initial telephone discussion if you’d like to discuss this further.
We work collaboratively with employers and can discuss your requirements with them on your behalf to arrange the training in house. Alternatively, we can arrange for your employer to contribute towards the fees for training with a third party provider.
Some of the skills and support our employee clients look for are listed below:
Managing poor conduct
Managing bullying and
harassment at work

The best part is that our fees are agreed in advance with you as fixed fees. There is no hourly rate billing.
If you have been dismissed from your employment, treated unfairly or believe that the employer has acted unlawfully, then we are here to advise you.
We shall take a full chronology of events and assess the merits of success and value of any potential claim.
Taking your employer to a tribunal should be a last resort as it will involve a great deal of time, preparation and costs. However, where there is no choice, you can be confident that you will receive full support from ADN Law with a team of expert advisers and representatives guiding you every step of the way.
Where things are simply not working out, we can assist you with discussing an exit strategy with your employers.
We advise and assist with all types of settlement agreements (compromise agreement) including advising you on a fair financial package and securing a comprehensive agreed reference.
